Tammy Lemley, 55, of Dora, Alabama, passed away October 31, 2018. She is preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Junk. She is survived by her sons, Phillip Brandon Junk, Micheal Lemley; sisters, Rita Ann Sorsby, Lisa Gail Thomas; brothers, Gordon Davis, Tim Lee, Greg Lee; her fur baby Ranger and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, November 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. David Nuckels officiating.
