Sandra Sheppeard Jones

Sandra Sheppeard Jones, 80 of Pleasant Grove, passed away May 19, 2024. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Douglas and Lillian Spann Sheppeard; husband of 60 years, Verlon Wayne “Buddy” Jones; siblings, Steven Sheppeard and Kay Marie Sheppeard. She is survived by her daughter, Kellie Darnita Jones; brother, John Sheppeard (Shirley); several special nieces and nephews; special family member and caregiver, Jackie Kator; best friend, Rose Harlan; furry friend, Sassy; and many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home from 10:00 until 11:00 AM and service will be immediately following. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
