Samantha Amber Carroll "SAM"

Samantha Amber Carroll, known as Sam by her family and friends, passed away at her home after an extended illness, at the age of 34. Sam was born August 7, 1991 to Shawna Taylor and Chris Carroll as one of 3 children. Sam is predeceased by her grandparents, Diane & Lloyd Stewart and Martha Carrol; aunts, Windy Elmore, Vickie Dawson and Cathy Knight.

Left to cherish her memories are her parents, Shawna Taylor (Darron) and Chris Carroll (Sonya); brothers, Cody Carroll (Michelle) and Brent Duer; stepbrother, Trey Butler; step sister, Sidney Butler; Aunts, Alease Cummings (Andy), Susie Barnes (Phillip), Teri LeCroy, Sheri LeCroy, Carla Herren and Laura King; uncles, Tommy Stewart (Kim) and Craig Carroll (Sonya); nieces and nephews, Phoenix Carroll and Zander Carroll; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2026 in the Chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home beginning at 7:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Bro. Ricky King officiating.
