Randall D. Carter

Randall D. Carter, 75 of Bessemer, Alabama, passed on January 8, 2026. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dixie Carter; bio-dad, Joe C. Bain, Sr. (Paw Bain); brother, Steve Twigg (Brenda); sisters, Judy Parrott (Dan), Debbie Dial; nieces, Shannon Coker and Kim Hale; nephews, Shane Knight and Josh Curtis. He is survived by his brother, Joe C. Bain, Jr. (Gwen); sisters, Glenda Clark and Sherree Carter (Robert); niece, Christin Campbell; nephew, Kyle Coker (Pandora); and many other relatives and friends.  

Visitation will be Monday, January 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the start of service at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin, in the chapel, at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Pastor Ed Nabors officiating.
