Patsy Adkins, 72, of Adamsville, AL, passed away July 30, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents,Thomas and Patricia Ragland; She is survived by her husband of 55 years James Adkins; sons, David Adkins (Lynn), Micah Adkins (Tiffany); daughter, Patti McKown (Roy); grandchildren, Alex McKown, Zack McKown, Andon Adkins, Tucker Adkins, Adam Stricklin, Jessica Adkins, Lake Adkins; three great grandchildren; sister, Cybil Jean Myrick; brother, Tommy Ragland. The visitation will be Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Adamsville Church of God, 3601 Main St, Adamsville, AL 35005. The funeral will begin at 12:00 PM at the church and burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove. Pastor Roy Stewart officiating.
