Patricia Lynn Stephens Headrick, 68, of Concord, AL passed away June 27, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Freddie and Ruth Stephens and her sister, Glenda McGuffie. She is survived by her daughters, April Zaiden (Amir), Stephanie Brooke Boles (Amber); grandchildren, Lana (Oliver), Olivia, Maria, Andrew; great grandchild, Milo; sister, Karen Gallegly (Mike); nieces, Lori Dabbs (Jeff), Rhonda Roberts, nephew, Joel McGuffie. Visitation will be Tuesday,, July 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor Stan Prewett officiating.
