Mildred Christine Runions, 88 of Hueytown, Alabama passed away January 14, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Runions; parents, Albert and Velma Garner; sisters, Patsy Garner, Jean Deerman; great granddaughter, Caitlin Runions; daughter-in-law, Miriam Sue Runions; sister-in-law, Janice Gaarner; and her faithful companion, miniature dachshund, Rosie. She is survived by her sons, James H. Runions (Kathy), Thomas A. Runions; sister, Cecile Lewis (James); brothers, Albert Garner; grandchildren, Aaron (Tiffany) Runions, Patrick (Stephanie) Johnston, Joni (John) Lloyd, Thomas Runions, Jr.; great grandchildren, Christian Runions, Chloe Runions, Trey Lloyd, Jonathan Krug; special niece, Terri McBee; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends and adopted family. Visitation will be Thursday, January 18, 2024, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor John White officiating.
