Mary Frances Miller

Mary Frances Wadkins Miller, 91 of Chelsea passed away peacefully Friday September 4th, 2026. Mary Frances was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Her greatest joy was being Nanny to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a longtime member of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church and had life long friends in the “Good Sisters”.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Carl Aubrey Miller, her son James Carlton Miller and son-in-law Michael Hall. She is survived by her daughters Pat Franklin (Don), Pam Cooley (Terrell) and Audrey Hall. Grandchildren Donya Franklin Rumore (Michael), Delaina Franklin Scott (Adam), Joshua Franklin, Emma Franklin, Carleigh Hall Todd (Hunter) and Chloe Hall. Great Grandchildren Adlay Rumore, Amira Rumore, Hadleigh Estes, Annalise Rumore, Aria Scott, Amelia Todd, Easton Scott and Mary Michael Todd.

The family would like to thank Enhabit Hospice and especially caregivers Domonique and Josie for the compassionate and exceptional care they provided to Mary these last few months.

The visitation will be Tuesday September 8th, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home Pleasant Grove, AL. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM with the Rev. Jim Maples officiating. Burial will follow at Patterson Froest Grove Cemetary.
