Lynda Juaniece Bates Eiland, 68 of Hueytown, Alabama passed away November 16, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur "Doc" Bates, Sr. and Ruth Blankenship Bates; sister, Frances Hudson. She is survived by her husband, William Dale Eiland; son, Christopher Eiland; daughters, Christen Eiland, Christel Eiland; sister, Bonny Bates; brother Arthur Bates, Jr. (Debra); brother-in-law, Jack Hudson and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 20, 2020 10:00 AM until service time beginning at 11:00 A.M. at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama. Rev. Randal Ray officiating.
