Judy Davis Palmer, age 80 of Birmingham, passed away at her residence November 17, 2025 surrounded by her family. Judy was born July 31, 1945 to the late Elmer Franklin and Frances Carlene Vickers Davis in San Diego, California. She is predeceased by her parents; her son, Jeffrey David Palmer and brother Jerry Davis. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, David Palmer; son, Jason Palmer; sisters, JoAnn Sanders (Tim), Cindy Harbin (Wayne); brothers, Tim Davis (Bonnie), Steve Davis; sister in law, June Davis; grandchildren, Challen Elise Palmer and Joshua David Palmer.
Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025 beginning at 2:00 at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens, 1498 5th Avenue, Pleasant Grove, Al 35127. There will be no visitation held prior to the graveside service.
