Juanita Ruth Church, of Hueytown, passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 63. She is predeceased by her husband, Henry Church and parents, Louie and Sue Baker. She is survived by one son, Russell (Cathy) Church; one daughter, Jolie (Chris) Nelms; grandson, Eric P. Church; brother, Greg Baker; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, June 28, 2019 at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
