Joseph "Scotty" Norris, 40 of Birmingham, Alabama passed away October 14, 2020. He was a married to Jacqueline Sims Newsome for 5 years. He is survived by his son, Peyton Norris; daughter, Hailey Norris; grandchildren, Nathan Liam Byrd; mother, Patricia Burnette Erkhart (James); father, James Donald Norris (Sarah); sisters, Tracy Culver (Marc), Kelly Crawford; brother, Shane Norris (Beth). Visitation will be Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM until service time beginning at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
