Johnny Edward McKinley, of Gardendale, passed away on April 7, 2020 at the age of 49. He worked as an independent contractor for many years. He is preceded in death by his father, Herman N. McKinley. He is survived by his wife, Amy T. Weaver; daughters, Kayla McKinley and Emily McKinley; step-sons, Austin Adams and Owen Glenn; mother, Virginia McKinley; sister, Lisa McKinley; brother, David McKinley; parents-in-law, Al and Sue Tomlin; and many other relatives and friends. No services are planned at this time.
