John L. Dillon, 73, of Pleasant Grove, AL passed away October 5, 2018. He spent 38 years at US Steel and was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Glenda Dillon; sons, Steve Dillon (Tanya), Jonathan Dillon (Erin); grandchildren, Trent, Audrey, Olivia and Noah; sister, Cynthia Dillon; brother, Stephen Dillon and numerous nieces and nephews. The visitation will be Monday, October 8, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Preacher Phillip Owens officiating.
