Jerry Elaine Smith went to be with her Lord and Savior an May 12, 2026 joining her grandparents, parents, and husband. Jerry leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Randi, Shelby, McKenzie and Kelsea Smith; grandchildren, Harley, Damian, Lillian, Emily, Soma and Gabriel; grandmother, Kathi Strickland; sisters, Heather King and Wendy Aguillon; niece and nephew, Courtney and James King; and her significant other, Jason Clevenger.

Jerry is preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Connie Lewis; parents, Jerry Strickland and Elaine Eubanks; her husband, Mark Smith.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 1:00PM in the chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home with interment to follow in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. Pastor Aaron Webb officiating services.
