He is preceded in death by his father, James Robert Herbinger, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Velma June Herbinger; son Josh Herbinger(Shayna); brothers, James Robert Herbinger Jr. and Greg Herbinger; grandchildren, Bradley Herbinger, Alexis Herbinger and Sara Herbinger.
