Jeanette King Moody

Jeanette King Moody, 86 of McCalla, Alabama passed away October 1, 2022. She was a long time member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Peterson; brothers, Howard and Leroy; sisters, Lorene, Delores, Jessie, Frances, Annette and Evelyn. She is survived by her son, Doug (Mary Susan "Cookie") Moody; daughter, Valerie (Jeff) Parker; grandchildren, Jacob (Rachel) Moody, Jessica (Steve) Topazi, Clay (Gabbie) Arrington; great grandchildren, Jaden Moody, Madison Topazi, Isla Arrington. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Roy Williams officiating.
