James Richard Oliver

James Richard Oliver, 80 of Woodstock, AL, passed away December 28, 2025. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Edith Oliver; brother, Charles Thomas Oliver; sisters, Margie Stark, Annette Oliver, and Mildred Oliver. 

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Patricia Ann Oliver; son, Richard Duane (Tina) Oliver; daughter, Kimberly Ann Oliver; grandsons, Jacob Richard Oliver, and Jackson Richard Oliver Johnson; brother, Lenord Ray Oliver; sister, Onese Wilburn, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 5, 2026, from 1pm-2pm at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home, 1498 5th Avenue, Pleasant Grove, Alabama.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 5, 2026, at 2pm at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home, 1498 5th Ave, Pleasant Grove, Alabama. The family will receive friends starting at 1pm until the time of service. Mr. Jacob Oliver, officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Alabama.
