He is survived by his wife, Annette Holsomback;. daughter, Jamie Holsomback; Son Anthony Burgess; grandchild, Kaleb Burgess; mother, Gerald Lynn Holsomback. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church in Pleasant Grove there will be a time of visitation at 5:00 PM and the memorial service will begin at 6:00 PM.
