Jacob Judson Polk, 20 of Alabaster, Alabama passed away October 6, 2022. He is survived by his girlfriend, Chelsea Carden; parents, Lonnie Judson Polk (Maggie); mother, Catherine Bryan Polk; sister, Alexis Nicole Polk (Chris); brothers, Colby Ian Bryan (Chelsea), Courtland McGee Jordan; grandparents, Jann and Carroll Andrews, Willie and David Bryan, Lonnie and Carol Polk, Tim and Diane Decker; niece, Vivian Hope Strohmeier; a host of special aunts, uncles, beloved cousins and friends. There will be a private service for the family and a public memorial celebration will be held at a later date. The family requests no flowers.
