She is survived by her husband, Dennis Michael Spain; daughter, Jamie Spain (Don); 3 grandchildren; sisters Pat Tinney, Teresa Tinney. Visitation is Dec. 4, 2017 6-8 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral will be Dec. 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home, with burial at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens, Rev. William Garrett officiating.
