Freddie Mae Burt, 84, of Pleasant Grove, AL., passed away December 11, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Carl Burt; parents, Sam Thomas, Sr. and Magnolia; sisters, Azalene Richardson, Lucy Jackson, Elanor Thomas. She is survived by her sons, Randy Thomas, Christopher Burt, Jesse Burt; daughter, Bridgett Matthews, nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters, Bernice Robinson, Pearline Nelson, Magnolia Harville, Ruth Shaw; brother, Sam Thomas, Jr. The visitation will be Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 1:00 - 7:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be Friday, December 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Pastor Darryl Nichols officiating.
