Elven Donald Mcmicken

Elven Donald McMicken, Sr., after a long illness, passed comfortably at his Hueytown home on November 22, 2019 at the age of 85. He was a longtime member of Maytown Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Mulga, AL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elven B. and Essie McMicken; wife, Edith McMicken; and brother, Tommy McMicken. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Antha Faye Owen; son, Donnie (Teresa) McMicken; daughter, Debbie (Gary) Hyatt; step-daughters, Laura (James) Beikman, Holly Adams and Hope (Ron) Sandlin; grandchildren, Joseph (April) Serio, Matthew McMicken (Lindsey Lawrence), Skylar (Zachary) Mills, and 11 step-grandchildren; great grandchildren, Kyle Servio, Makala Serio, Maddie Cooley and Camden Lawrence and 5 step-great grandchildren; sister, Jane Forrester; brother, Robert (Mary) McMicken; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Monday, November 25, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Pastor Robert McMicken officiating.
