Elta Marie Green Kelley, 75, was promoted to her heavenly home on Dec. 3, 2017. She was a Godly, Christian wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend; a true Proverbs 31 woman. Marie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harold, her daughters, Janet Rogers, Lisa Dudley, Kalani Garrett (Brett); grands, Daniel, Annette Thompson, Bethany, Joshua Dudley, Ethan (Chynna), Evan, Emerson, Eris Belle, Ellesley, Edaline Garrett; brother Chester Green, Jr., sister Sharon Pair. She is preceded in death by parents, Chester Green, Sr. and Sibyl Green Brown and son-in-law, Ron Dudley, Jr. Visitation will be Dec. 7th from 11:00 A.M-1:00 PM with a service following at 1:00 P.M. at Metropolitan Church of God, 2800 Metropolitan Way, Birmingham, 35243. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
