Elijah Seay, Jr., 81 of Adamsville, Alabama passed away May 24, 2023. He served his country proudly for 5 years in the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his father, Elijah Seay Sr.; his mother, Marylou Seay; grandmother, Addie Seay; his sisters, Mary Seay Bridges, Sheila Phyllis Butler; brothers, George Butler, Billy Butler, Allan Butler. She is survived by his beautiful, spirit filled wife Nancy Seay; sons,
David Howard, Marlon Gilmore; daughter, Tracey Seay Payne(Charles); sisters, Betty Butler Ball(Aaron), Sharon Butler; brothers, Rossie Butler, Bruce Butler; sister-n-laws, Sammie L. Howard, Sadie Turner; grandchildren, Somolia Howard, Ashley Payne, Damany Howard, Brianna Payne; great grandchildren, Ja'haire Wilkes, Sariya Williams; special nephews, Stanley Jackson, Mark Jackson; special friend, William Paige. Visitation will be Friday, June 2, 2023, 11:00AM-12:00PM with the funeral service beginning at 12:00PM at St. Paul A.M.E. Church. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
