Dwight A. Parsons

Dwight A. Parsons, 80 of Birmingham, Alabama passed away November 3, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett Vernon and Margie Lucille Parsons; brothers, Joe Parsons and Rodney Parsons; sister-in-law, Myrna Parsons; grandson, Edward Wehrenberg IV. He is survived by his wife, Diane Parsons; son, Jeff Parsons (Frank); daughter, Amanda Wehrenberg (Eddie); grandchildren, Tristan, Justice, Gunner and Jaxon; sister, Gail Dates; brother, Roger Parsons; sister-in-law, Ann Lane; nieces, Rhonda (Russell) Montgomery, Ginger (Ron) Bowen, Jill (Joseph) Stinnett and Rachel (Matt) Patton. Dwight was employed for 25 years at the CVS distribution center in Bessemer and was a veteran of the United States Army deployed during the Vietnam War. Visitation will be Monday, November 9, 2020 from 12:00 PM until service time beginning at 1:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Bro. Bob Fitzgerald officiating.
