Donald Wayne Middlebrooks

Donald Wayne Middlebrooks, age 62 of Bessemer, passed away at his residence. Donnie was born on January 11, 1963, to the late James Donald and Margie Kaye Griffin Middlebrooks.

Donnie was a simple man who found his greatest joy in the things that mattered most to him. He loved to fish and could often be found enjoying quiet time by the water. Above all, he loved his family deeply and cherished every moment spent with family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

Donnie is survived by his son, Alan Middlebrooks (Lauren); his brother, James Anthony Middlebrooks (Donna); four grandchildren, Bayleigh, Raena, Addison and Shelby; and several other loving family members.

Memorial services will be held in the chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home & Crematory, 1498 5th Avenue, Pleasant Grove, Alabama 35127, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.
