Dennis Edward Smith

Dennis Edward Smith, 70, of Hueytown, AL passed away December 16, 2020. He was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father, Nelson E. Smith, Jr. and mother Iva Sue Smith. Dennis is survived by his wife, Wanda, who together built a beautiful life of over 50 years; his daughter, Christy Smith Wallace; granddaughters, Macy Katherine Wallace and Kensley Laine Wallace; great granddaughter, Brynlee Elizabeth Simmons; sisters, Bonnie Nunley, Barbara (Phillip) Barnes, Myra (Larry) Berryhill, and numerous extended family members. Graveside service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Cemetery in Pleasant Grove. Pastor Mike Stevens officiating.
