Crystal Leigh Slatton, age 45 of Pleasant Grove, passed away September 13, 2025 at her residence. Crystal was born October 26, 1979 to the late Jim Coats and Patsy Ruth Stover. Crystal is survived by her aunts, Judy Cooper and Bobbie Otton and several other family members and friends.
The family has chosen cremation and any services will be announced at a later time.
