Charlotte Waller Vining

Charlotte Waller Vining earned her very own wings on Sunday, January 26, 2020 and is standing in front of God rejoicing. Her presence will be missed but the love she has spread through her family will forever be cherished and never forgotten. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Vining, Sr.; parents, William and Oneita Waller; brothers, William (Buddy) Waller, Jr. and Jimmy Waller; sisters, Jean Wafford, Peggy Andrews, Lillian Jones and Oneita Ryan. Charlotte is survived by her son, Charles (Buddy) Vining, Jr.; daughter, Cheryl Childers (Tim); brothers, Thomas Waller (Gail), Jacky Waller (Jo), and Michael Waller; grandchildren, Melissa Mitchell (Stephen), Timothy Childers, Jr. (Mandy), Brittany Vining and W. Dallas Vining; great grandchildren, Jackson Mitchell, Brooklyn Childers, Bella Mitchell, Jesse Biggers, Blakely Childers, Charlotte Childers and S. Bennett Vining. Visitation will be Thursday, January 30. 2020 from 1:00-2:00 PM with funeral beginning at 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ray Glover officiating.
