Brenda Gail Dunkin, 72 of Pleasant Grove, Alabama passed away October 13, 2019. She was a coach for the Pleasant Grove Dixie Youth girls softball team and a stock car racer at BIR. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Dexter and Shirley Mae Mann and her brother, Randy Mann. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, James Hayward Dunkin; daughter, Jamelle (Richard) Mason and grandson, Matthew Mason.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 15, 2019 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor Jerry Sherrell officiating.
