Barbara Ann Pitts, 76 of Gardendale, AL, passed on June 11, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Marjorie Gowers; brother, William Gowers and beloved Benji. Barbara is survived by her husband of 30 years, Gerard Pitts; sons and daughters, Jimmy Johnson (Christi), Karrie Johnson; Phillip Pitts and Melissa Lewis (Joey); grandchildren, Amber Startley, Cameron Johnson, Tyler Johnson; Josh Pitts, Lauren Pitts, Nick Pitts, Emma Lewis, Alex Lewis and Jackson Lewis; great grandchildren, Caleb Foltz and Bailee Sanders; sister, Cathy Perry (Robert); fur baby, Taz; and many other relatives and friends.
