Audrey Faye Morris

Audrey Faye Morris was born on May 13, 1936, at home in Hackleburg, Alabama and enteral rest on October 27, 2026. Throughout her life, Audrey was known for her caring heart, devotion to her family, and willingness to serve others.

Audrey was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, Garland Morris; her daughters, Teresa Morris and Tammy Morris; her father, Leborn Raburn; her mother, Essie Raburn; and her brother, Arthur Raburn, and his wife, Bettie.

She is survived by her sister, Alice Harper, and her husband, Charles, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Audrey dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She worked as a registered nurse at Carraway Hospital and devoted many years to lovingly caring for her daughter Tammy in their home.

She loved to cook and especially enjoyed sharing her delicious recipes with family and friends. The love she gave so freely throughout her life will continue to live on in the hearts and memories of her family and all those who knew and loved her.

Audrey was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.

Visitation will be held from noon until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home in Pleasant Grove. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in Bessemer, Alabama.
