Anna Short Brown, of Dora, passed away on June 30, 2020 at the age of 70. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tozonia and Mertha Mae Short; husband, Clarence E. Brown; brothers, Thomas Short and Buddy Short; sister, Helen Garner; sister-in-law, Lucille Short; and niece, Jody Watson. She is survived by son, David E. Brown (Cindy Martin Brown); daughter, Lisa B. Barnes; grandchildren, Eric Barnes and Brianna Elaine Barnes; great grandchildren, Lisa Anastasia Dixon, Charles Edward Jones and Alexander Levi Jones; sisters, Linda Short and Mary Short; brother, Winfred Short; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. No services are planned at this time.
