Alpha M. Woods

Alpha M. Woods, 97 of Pleasant Grove, Alabama passed away August 11, 2020. She attended South Highland School of Nursing, she was a long time member of the Pleasant Grove Homemakers Club, the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and the Quilting Club Group. She was preceded in death by her parents, James W. and Emma Marsh; husband Homer Woods; brother, Roy Marsh; sister, Virgie Bowerman. She is survived by her nieces, Martha Pengelly, Linda Meyers (Robert) of Grand Prairie, TX; many great nieces and nephews and friends Audrey F. Morris (Garland). There will be a graveside service Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Oakland Cemetery. Pastor Rachel Gonia officiating.
